•This is one of those Romantasy novels that makes you reevaluate your whole identity. It has fundamentally changed my soul, and I’m ok with that. If you love Fantasy, just buy it. If you aren’t sure if Fantasy is your thing…this is the perfect book to dip your toe in. It is said to be the first in a 5 part series, with the sequel coming out in November!!!! I’ve already pre-ordered it (Iron Flame), obviously.
•I really don’t want to share too many details of this one because you just have to read it. It has the perfect badass female lead who keeps surviving despite the odds… and the hot, brooding, dangerous male villain who hates her but is also secretly obsessed with her. The absolute BEST enemies to lovers scenario! 👌🏻
•For me this was Harry Potter meets Targaryens. Deadly Dragon School with lots of magic mixed in. ✨ Fast paced and brilliantly written with an ending that will leave you begging for more! While I anxiously await the sequel in November I will be listening to this on audible, stalking fan art, and trying to figure out how to make “riding leathers” an acceptable part of my wardrobe. Buy this, and please report back after you read it. 🐉
•Side note: This was my first Rebecca Yarros book but I immediately had to go searching for more. Fourth Wing was her first fantasy novel. Her other books are beautiful romances, so I am currently tearing through those as well.
