•This is definitely a guilty pleasure romance. I’m mentally stuck in my twenties and probably always will be, so I really enjoy Elle Kennedy’s college-age romance novels. There’s just something addicting about “kids” being young and dumb and making lots of mistakes but eventually finding themselves and falling in love. I happen to relate to their experiences on a personal level. 😉
•The plot on this one was cute and predictable, but despite the fact that I knew how it was going to unravel I still enjoyed the story and the characters very much.
•There’s a bit of a forbidden love element along with a second-chance plot twist. This one didn’t particularly get me in my feels, but it did make me smile and reminisce about my twenties and it was a quick & easy read. 👌🏻 Excited to check out the rest of the series!
